Our suppliers are responsible for packaging and dispatching your orders; with that said, we allow them up to 7 business days to dispatch their order (once they dispatch, you will receive an email update with the tracking information included). One note here, if your supplier is based out of Pakistan we do advise that it can take up to 10 business days to receive the tracking information due to the two-hop shipping method used (i.e., first hop is to cargo your package into your inbound country; the second hop is for the last mile courier service to deliver to your front door).

Note: While we make every effort to ensure suppliers are dispatching their orders within 7 business days, some orders may experience delays. If after 7 business days you haven’t received tracking information, we recommend the following actions:
- First step: message your supplier directly within the Fleek app and ask for an update regarding your order (they will have the most up-to-date information and this is the quickest way to receive an update)
- Final step: contact our support team (Fleek Support), who will be able to escalate this matter and check with your supplier directly. We will respond within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday)
